Event Registration

This form allows to register for the event, book camping and order dinner in one transaction. However, camping and dinner can still be booked separately at a later date if you are unsure of your plans at this stage.

Camping must be booked by Wednesday, June 4 at the latest. - Bookings have now closed.

Orders for Friday night dinner close on Thursday, May 22 - Orders have now closed.

Orders for Saturday night dinner close on Friday, May 23 - Orders have now closed.

The cost is $ per player. 10 years and under can participate for free.
 - This includes participation in all games and a bacon and egg breakfast on Sunday morning
On-site camping is an extra fee.

Note that this year, both the Friday and Saturday dinner events require pre-ordered meals.

Camping fees:

All powered campers require a minimum of 30m power cord. Please indicate if you have a 10 to 15amp converter or Ampfibian to assist with camp-site allocation.
All campers will have access to power stations within the clubrooms during opening hours 8am - 10pm
There are amenities available 24hrs a day
There is no permanent water hookup, however there is water available for refilling tanks if required.
There is a public dump point located at the Eudunda Caravan Park.

Friday's dinner event is been held at The Saints Clubhouse Kitchen. Due to the large number of people expected, they have requested that we pre-order meals. Hence, if you'd like a meal on Friday night, please use this page to place your order.

Saturday night dinner

Adult dinners are $28 per meal.
Child dinners are $15 per meal. (up to 12 years old)
