This form allows to register for the event, book camping and order dinner in one transaction. However, camping and dinner can still be booked separately at a later date if you are unsure of your plans at this stage.
Camping must be booked by Wednesday June 03 at the latest.

The cost is $ per player. 10 years and under can participate for free. - This includes participation in all games and a bacon and egg breakfast on Sunday morning On-site camping is an extra fee.

Camping fees:
All powered campers require a minimum of 30m power cord. Please indicate if you have a 10 to 15amp converter or Ampfibian to assist with camp-site allocation. All campers will have access to power stations within the clubrooms during opening hours 8am - 10pm There are amenities available 24hrs a day There is no permanent water hookup, however there is water available for refilling tanks if required. There is a public dump point located at the Mount Burr oval.

No BYO alcohol inside the clubrooms due to licencing restrictions. A licenced bar will be open during the dinner event between 6pm - 8pm.

Note that dinner and camping is not reserved until payment is received. Hence paying upon arrival at the event is not possible for dinner and camping reservations. Dinner and camping fees are non-refundable if you don't attend the event.
